Security clarity for high-stakes organisations.
We help leadership anticipate risk, decide with confidence, and build protection that holds, independent of any vendor or product.
Advising leaders across corporate, industrial, hospitality & critical infrastructure
The edge is where most security stops.
It is where ours begins.
We look past the perimeter, across facilities, people, and technology, and design protection as one coherent system, not a set of disconnected controls.
Seven advisory disciplines.
Independent counsel across the full arc of enterprise security. See all services →
Anticipate. Advise. Architect.
Anticipate
Enterprise risk assessments, crisis response, and continuity planning that hold when everything moves at once.
Advise
Security strategy and governance aligned to the business, its operational reality, and its regulators.
Architect
Operating models, technology, and end-to-end programmes designed around your assets, not a vendor's catalogue.
Independent by design.
No vendor allegiance
We sell no hardware. Our only stake in the outcome is your protection.
Senior counsel
You work with principals who have carried real accountability.
Absolute discretion
Confidentiality applied to every conversation and document.
Whole-system view
Physical, operational, and strategic risk seen as one picture.
Let's discuss what you need to protect.
Every conversation begins in confidence and ends with clarity.
Counsel at the apex.
Independent, senior, and deliberately discreet. We bring clarity to a field where advice is too often alarmist or self-interested.
Most security defends the line.
We think about everything past it.
Working beyond edges means seeing risk earlier, wider, and as a single connected system: the facility and the people inside it, the technology and the habits that run it, the crisis and the decision that meets it.
Vision, mission, and values.
A world where organisations act on foresight, not fear, where protection is designed in, never bolted on.
To give every client independent, senior security judgement, turning complex risk into decisions leadership can stand behind.
Independence
No products to push, no allegiances to serve. Only your interest.
Discretion
Confidentiality treated as a discipline, not a courtesy.
Foresight
Seeing the threat while there is still time to shape it.
Rigour
Assessments that survive scrutiny, audit, and the real world.
A deliberate sequence.
Assess
We map the real risk landscape, physical, operational, and strategic, across your facilities, people, and critical assets, without assumption.
Advise
We translate findings into strategy leadership can act on, with priorities, trade-offs, and mitigation set out in plain terms.
Design
We design the programme end to end: governance, operating model, and the right technology, chosen on merit alone.
Embed
We stay to see it hold, supporting rollout, testing response, and refining the model until protection is second nature.
Trusted across sectors.
Bring us the problem you can't afford to get wrong.
Seven disciplines, one standard.
Independent, senior advisory across the full arc of enterprise security.

Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 1 January 2026 · Last updated: July 2026
1. Introduction and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of alphaedgesecurity.com and the provision of services by Alpha Edge Security Consultancies L.L.C S.O.C ("Alpha Edge", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using this Website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Website or our services.
2. Definitions
"Services" means the security advisory and consulting services provided by Alpha Edge. "Client" means the person or entity engaging our Services. "Engagement Letter" or "Statement of Work" ("SOW") means the document agreed between the parties setting out the scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for a specific assignment, which forms part of these Terms. "Deliverables" means the reports, assessments, frameworks, and other work products prepared for the Client.
3. Scope of services
Alpha Edge provides independent security consulting and advisory services as described on the Website. The precise scope of each assignment is defined in the applicable Engagement Letter or SOW, which prevails over any general description on the Website. Our Services are advisory in nature; the implementation of, and reliance upon, our recommendations, and all operational decisions, remain the responsibility of the Client.
4. Client responsibilities
The Client shall provide timely, accurate, and complete information, reasonable access to premises, personnel, and systems where required, and such cooperation as is necessary for us to perform the Services. Delays or deficiencies in the Client's inputs may affect delivery timelines and fees.
5. Fees, invoicing and payment
- Fees are quoted per engagement in the Engagement Letter or a written proposal, on a fixed-fee, retainer, or time-and-materials basis as agreed.
- Fees are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), which is charged at the prevailing rate (currently 5% in the UAE) and shown separately on invoices.
- There are no hidden charges. Any retainer or recurring fees are disclosed in advance and billed only as agreed.
- Unless otherwise stated in the Engagement Letter, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 1% per month, or the maximum permitted by law if lower, and to suspend Services where invoices remain unpaid.
6. Delivery of services
Deliverables are provided electronically through secure channels or, where agreed, on-site, in accordance with the timelines set out in the SOW. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on timely access, information, and cooperation from the Client. Further detail is set out in our Service Delivery Policy.
7. Cancellation and termination
Either party may terminate an engagement on 30 days' written notice. Either party may terminate immediately on written notice if the other party commits a material breach that is not remedied within 14 days of notice, becomes insolvent, or is unable to pay its debts as they fall due. On termination, the Client shall pay for all Services performed and costs reasonably incurred up to the effective date of termination. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Confidentiality
Each party shall keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other and use it only to perform its obligations, except where disclosure is required by law or regulation. Where appropriate, engagements are conducted under a separate mutual non-disclosure agreement, which prevails in the event of conflict on confidentiality matters.
9. Intellectual property
Subject to full payment, the Client is granted a licence to use Deliverables prepared specifically for it for its internal business purposes. All pre-existing materials, methodologies, tools, templates, and know-how used by us ("Background IP") remain our exclusive property. Deliverables may not be relied upon by any third party without our prior written consent.
10. Data protection
Each party shall comply with applicable data protection law. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Warranties and disclaimers
We warrant that the Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with generally accepted professional standards. Security advice mitigates but cannot eliminate risk. We do not warrant any specific outcome, nor that any threat, incident, loss, or breach will be prevented. Except as expressly stated, all other warranties, whether express or implied, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for that engagement. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, or data.
13. Indemnity
The Client shall indemnify us against all claims, liabilities, and costs arising from the Client's misuse of Deliverables, provision of inaccurate information, or breach of these Terms.
14. Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil unrest, epidemic, or failure of utilities or communications networks.
15. Notices
Notices under these Terms shall be in writing and sent to the parties at the addresses stated in the Engagement Letter or, for us, to 107, Capital Golden Towers, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE, and admin@alphaedgesecurity.com.
16. General
The Client may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. No failure to enforce any right constitutes a waiver of it. The Engagement Letter together with these Terms constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes prior discussions.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to the dispute resolution clause below, the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
18. Dispute resolution
The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith discussions within 30 days. Any dispute not so resolved shall be finally settled by arbitration under the Rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with those Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Dubai and the language shall be English.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website or Services after publication constitutes acceptance of the current version.
